Mechanical ventilator management
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
Enteral (G-tube) feedings
Oxygen therapy and respiratory support
Wound and ostomy care
Urinary catheter care
Diabetes management
Each child receives an individualized plan of care, developed in coordination with their physician, to ensure safety, stability, and optimal health outcomes.

Physical therapy
Our Physical Therapy services are designed to help children improve their strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional abilities in a safe and supportive environment. Each therapy plan is individualized based on the child’s medical condition and developmental needs.

After-School Program
At Abby Pediatric Care, our After-School Program provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children after the school day.
This program combines supervised care, educational support, and engaging activities tailored to each child’s needs. Children can complete homework, participate in developmental play, and enjoy social interaction in a medically safe setting.
Our trained staff ensures that each child receives the appropriate level of support, attention, and supervision, while continuing to promote learning, independence, and confidence.
SERVICES
Medical transportation
Our transportation service ensures that children are safely transported to and from home, school, or other approved locations, in coordination with families and each child’s prescribed care schedule.
We proudly provide transportation services throughout Lee, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, and Hendry counties, as well as the southern portion of Sarasota County, helping families access care with ease.
Key features include safe, supervised transportation for medically fragile children, with trained staff accompanying them at all times during transit. We coordinate closely with parents and caregivers to establish reliable schedules, and we offer wheelchair-accessible and medically equipped vehicles when needed.
