CAREERS
Registered Nurse (RN)
Our Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering and coordinating skilled nursing care for children with complex medical needs.
Duties include:
Comprehensive patient assessments, development and implementation of individualized care plans, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of each child’s condition.
RNs manage advanced medical needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, feeding tubes, central lines, oxygen therapy, and seizure monitoring.
They also respond promptly to changes in a child’s condition, help prevent hospitalizations when possible, and ensure proper documentation of all care provided. In addition, RNs collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to support continuity of care and provide education and guidance to caregivers.
CAREERS
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurses provide essential bedside nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
Their responsibilities include assisting with daily medical care, administering medications as assigned, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient status, and supporting children with routine medical needs such as feedings, respiratory treatments, and hygiene care.
LPNs play a key role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment, observing and reporting any changes in a child’s condition, and working closely with the RN team to ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality care.
CAREERS
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)
CNAs and HHAs provide hands-on support with daily care needs, helping ensure each child’s comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the day.
Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, hygiene, mobility, and personal care needs, as well as supporting children during activities and routines. They help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment and provide close observation to ensure children are comfortable and properly supported.
CNAs and HHAs work under the direction of the nursing team and contribute to creating a positive, caring atmosphere where children feel secure and supported.
